I had previously blogged about the legal notice send to me by Tata Tele Services. Someone from their company saw the blog and called me. I explained the whole story to them and Yesterday I got this letter from them. Must appreciate them for their alertness and their swift action. Maybe they are a model for customer care for other companies operating in the same sphere.
