Postal Department of Kottayam distrcit have taken some good steps to promote the use of greeting cards this Christmas Season. They’ve been accused by the people for the delay in timely delivery during festival seasons. It seems that, this time, they want to change the things for the good. It was the sorting part that caused delays all through the years. Cards addressed to Ethiopia and Ettumanoor will be in the box together....
