MoneyVidya – Stock Picking Meets Social Networking
I came across this pretty interesting startup – MoneyVidya.com (www.moneyvidya.com). Its basically a networking community for people who are interested in the stock market. People can stock stock picks quite easily and then are largely rated on the performance of their picks in terms of return, risk.

Monopolies Entering the Movie Industry
Recently there had been a lot of discussion and fights in the Malayalam movie industry about Corporate’s entering the industry. They call them monopolies, but I call them corporate’s. They are companies like Ad-Labs, Pyramid Saimira, UTV etc.
The existing unions in the movie industry are not very excited with the coming of such companies. But for the audience and people with real talent its a welcome move.
