There is a saying “The main reason for inferiority complex is the people with Superiority complex and vice versa”.
The reason why we come across this is that; we can find a numerous situations around us, people blaming others for their own failures and at the same time others who blame themselves for their failures.
What can be the reason why a same person can conclude on a fact in two different ways?
The answer for this is their inbuilt “complex”; superiority or inferiority complex. Humans were born superior. But what happened after that. They conceived things from the society and they came to conclusions according to the way society treated them.
Superiority complex up to certain limit is good, but the problem arises when the complex goes to its extremes. This can lead a person to take tasks which are above their capabilities. Superiority complex is generated either by the overkill appraisal by people or by the self esteemed goals to reach above others.
Whom do they harm?
They harm themselves ending up in a position realizing their own potential. For some people this might be a huge mental shock which can make them a person with extreme inferiority complex. Even they can harm others, which is even more terrible that they will make others feel that they are inferior increasing their inferiority complex.
Feeling inferior have never proved of having any advantages. It makes the person more and more cheerless ending up to a mental breakdown. Inferior feeling might have generated from some past experiences of childhood or some present situation.
What’s the solution?
People should constantly look into themselves on their abilities and rate them to a proper level. People who has inferiority complex should stop comparing them with others (especially the one who make them feel inferior). Instead they should identify their skills and the talents which they themselves excel. They should understand the fact that everyone in this world is unique.
Have you consider yourself the most successful person?
You should understand that there was many others who were more successful that you or there will be someone else, going to be more successful than yourself.
Do you feel you are not successful and worthless than people around you?
You should understand that success or talents or whatever others have doesn’t mean that they got everything. You look into yourself and identify the best qualities that you have, that the people who feel successful can never ever dream of.

Yeah! what ever others do should affect your fate. coz you can never expect every one to be sweet with you just because you are a good person.
It like the old saying
” Expecting others to be nice with you because you are a good person is like expecting tiger not to attack you because you are a vegetarian

No man is inferior to another!each person is unique!inferiority complex only helps you to fall back!so throw it away and look at the positives you have got!you are special!you can achieve anything you want!you try hard ruthlussly without caring about the outcome, any thing is possible………..
micheal jackson’s inferiority complex made him change his color eventhough he was a success in music..this complex held him back to enjoy the success..he was very beatiful in his normal color itself..
DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT THE MORONS AROUND YOU TELLS ABOUT YOU…..BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU ARE……..

I’m sure that M J might have had the best Pshycologist to alter him.. but still he remained the same. He couldnt change. The same way even if you tell some one the need for self awareness is that goign to change the complex which is build in with themselfs??

Good advice. Dont let the morons decide for you. It is impossible to be simply bad at everything. At worst, you are good at being bad at everything. So there can be no objective inferiority. You can cheer up a person with an inferiority complex by saying – ‘ you are so good at carrying an inferiority complex, you should make it a profession ! ‘
