I believe this post is just over simplifying things. Freedom of speech sounds cool but not always right. Freedom of speech comes with responsibilities. The responsibility to not lie or misrepresent facts, the responsibility to not incite violence by spreading half truths and hatred. If a society cannot be responsible enough to enforce these simple rules, then Freedom of speech will only lead to chaos and anarchy. Hence freedom of speech cannot be absolute freedom to say anything you want, but a more restricted right to state facts and share opinions that is again supported by verifiable facts.
