It is a difficult situation that newspapers don’t bother about the credibility about the ads they are publishing. Some restrictions should be there…

Why should a real estate ad be related / compared with a news? Any thoughts…?

I dont know why, the management of a newspaper be crucified for such ads.
Ofcourse they have to check the authenticity of the ads, however, I dont think, it is possible to background verfify each and everything.
And its not one person behind a days news, there are several people.

The slot for the ad would have be bought several days in advance, and the news would have also come on the same day.
The have to also advertise (given they would have collected money) and publish the news, as to make the readers aware.
If they have hidden the news, and showed the advertisement alone, that’s a different case.
