Almost one year later…

It was almost one year ago that I posted this on kenneyjacob.com
What is there for me in the Mumbai Terror attack?
One year after the Mumbai Terror Attacks. Let me pay my tributes to all those who died.
Has anything really changed? 1 year later I am asking myself…
Checklist:
1. Coming back to our Unity (Rather our dis-unity)…the only thing that we all seem to agree on is to disagree!
Have to agree with that
2. I saw a lot of Blog’s and comments on the internet Blasting the thackerey clan!
the Thackerey Clan still Rulz!!!
3. Then they go to the extend getting some of the perpetrators on the show and get a panel of experts to give their opinion – then finally get the public to vote for the whole tamasha. Their TRP’s were at stake…
Hmm… This has become the reality shows of today…
4. I read the initial reports where people termed it as a massive intelligence failure…what do you mean by a intelligence failure?
ok… the government did set up some agency … dont really know what is happening with them … but the latest news is that the NSG is understaffed big time and are still being used for VIP security…
5. There were other reports lambasting the politicians for getting us into this mess with their dirty politics.
Well I dont have to really say anything here… guess it is still the The politicians 15 minutes of Fame…
6. “6 Decades of fame for Pakistan“
Well looks like it will be 7 decades very soon…
7. This has become more of a routine in India now. We have come to accept it as part of life – part of our daily routine. The BJP and the likes supporting and fanning Communalism – The likes MSN & Shiv Sehna promoting regionalism – The likes of Congress promoting indifference…The likes of NDTV promoting Sensationalism…
Well there goes the 15 minutes of fame of this post …
8. I guess I am also doing that – but that is my 15 min of fame…
I think I shot myself in the foot there…
9. “We are not Muslims; we are not Christians; we are not Hindus; we are not from Mumbai; we are not from Punjab; we are not from Kerala – We are Indians and we hail from India. We have our own little differences here and there – but when it comes to fighting terrorism, communalism, hatred, corruption…We stand united!”
We are still Muslims, Christians and Hindu’s …. what was I talking back there?
10. Let us all stand together in this moment of crisis – at least!
Waiting for the next moment of crisis….

Something i can assure you that everyone will stand together in the next crisis… Only when next crisis comes…
