Bible says “ Someone born disabled isn’t because of his/her sin or his/her parents sin, but it shows god can do things differently. “
Some one born disabled has got the same right to live a normal life as we do. So is the right of a mentally disabled person. The Constitutional rules for the disabled were so much supportive for them because the mentally disabled ones have the right to live a normal life which they think is normal if it doesn’t spoil anyone else’s freedom.
It’s the same way how freedom should be given to the homosexuals. They are born homosexual and which isn’t a sin or crime. They too have the same right for freedom a heterosexual person has. Trying to change the homosexuals to heterosexuals only discomfit them. Heterosexuals should understand the fact that, humiliation for homosexuals when forced for transformation is the same when a heterosexual person is forced to be homosexual.
It should be considered that the homosexual laws offer an attractive advertisement and encouragement for the youth to be a homosexual. But in fact it’s an encouragement only for the bisexual to select a homosexual life than heterosexual one.
Even if it has a minute effect of the society and culture, homosexuals should be supported as it’s the human right to live in his land he’s born, in the same way he is born.
You can’t change the sexual orientation of a person, as the sexual orientation is a inborn transformation. So the Christian Church should consider this careful before going against it like the way they had been against science in the past centuries.

biblical verses are often misinterpreted…the author also is doin the same…while using bible to support homosexuality u shuld also read what happened to Sodom and gomera….bible never support homosexuality and i also dont agree with the sayin that homosexuality is inborn thing…a person become homosexual by the influence of his enviornment..counselling shuld be given to such ppl

What do you mean? It is accepted by medical sciences that a person is born homosexual and not become one. And you cannot convert a homosexual into a heterosexual individual by counseling o or treatment.

I know you’d say Church does not recognize science. Church always comes out against Science. Whether it is shunning Galileo Galili for declaring that Earth revolves around the sun. Or some evangelicals churches in the US who still opposes the theory of evolution. (Which fortunately is accepted as truth by Vatican after years of denial in the beginning)

Why do all strive for curing this homosexuality.
And the point is you cant cure homosexuality with counseling mainly because of two reason.
1. Homosexuality is not a disease.
2. Its an in born DNA mutation.
Why cant people think a bit more wider.
Try accepting others as the way they are rather than trying to make them look like the way you think which is better for them. At least this can eschew the cause of conflicts between communities

It just works out in the same way when the parents stand in the way of a couple opting for love marriage…We’re probably not getting our priorities right…People aren’t being killed in this yet we choose to turn a blind eye to those who kill…

Its a known fact that the homosexuality is an inborn fact. But you will never know about it till you get into a relationship. That’s the main reason why people argue that homosexuals choose to live that way.

No, people do not choose sexuality. The only time when they do is when a person born as a homosexual individual is forced to hide it due to the pressure from the society that shuns homosexuality.
Even then, he is not choosing heterosexuality. He remains homosexual and just hiding it.

First of all, Why is at that christians trust science to cure ailments they reach out to science but when its convenient they jump to their faith? If faith was the only thing we relied on people would be dying from things science and medicine could have treated. no on the other hand the Psychological Association of America (science)in the 70s determined that its not a mental illness. It is inbred just like being attracted to blonde hair or brown hair. Christians have always used the bible to suppress anyone. if this was the 60′s it would have been because we are black. The bible condones slavery, multiple wives, murder, and many other things the bible later calls sin. Now why I ask can anyone say that they believe anything in that book is beyond me. No women wrote any books of the bible and we say it was because men controlled that time, now if thats the case then if men in 2000 still hate homosexuals, how would they have felt 2000 years ago about it? that is truly something to think about. I am totally not going to believe that God communicated with men in agreement with them that they were in control of the world. As well as Religion is based on faith then how did we get this miraculous rule book? I think some people are just plain naive. Mostly christian culture. The more educated you get the more stupid the bible sounds. I am Agnostic for all these reasons. I do believe that that book was no more than the constitution before its time.
