I had previously blogged about the legal notice send to me by Tata Tele Services. Someone from their company saw the blog and called me. I explained the whole story to them and Yesterday I got this letter from them. ![]()
Must appreciate them for their alertness and their swift action. Maybe they are a model for customer care for other companies operating in the same sphere.

Oh goody good! Great going by the company

Wow. Your story had a happy ending because of blog power.
SBI engages people with overdues for 6 months. I better be wary of disconnecting the BSNL jodi SIM and a broadband connection. We better start demanding an ‘outstanding charges waived’ when we terminate a connection.
I guess this ‘overdue’ thing is going out of hand. This may be a new low-risk method to earn ~300. Anyone at the recieving end of such an attack should make it clear “I am not intimidated and I am aware of the bluffs you frequently call”
Do write about this too.

first and foremost, the idea of free markets is to make money. some where down the line human greed and “mental bagges” add up and give it a criminal ting. then ofcoure, the ever mounting pressure for better sales and profits. add a bit of “ego” and other spicy ingradients and you have the receipe for carcinogenic trouble. i usualy find govt agencies better in this regard. also maintain a record and documentation for every transaction that might bite you in future. that [helps].
