Hi, I am Kenney Jacob, love blogging about Education, Media hypocrisy and Social Issues.

A documentary on Citizen Journalism in the recent Mumbai Terrorist Attacks/Mumbai war. Analyses how the social media, like Twitter and blogs, did a fantastic job with the Mumbai Terrorist Attack/War on Mumbai. Care has been taken to have the correct chronology of events.

The name “Hash Mumbai” is inspired from the hashtag : “#mumbai”
“A 90-seconds-long video that too 14400 seconds in the making, which covers 201600 seconds of ACTION”

    1. Yes…. social media has played a big role and actually it was feeding the regular media like TV.

This Vinu’s flickr album link was posted on all the main news channels here in the US, that is where I got it and added it at my first post.

    2. CNN and BBC quoted Vinu and his flickr as the first breaking images from Mumbai… The CNN also spoke to a lady blogger(cant remember the name) and lauded the efforts in blogosphere to provide a helping hand for the victims of the Mumbai massacre…
