Why is Google considered GOD on the Internet. Why is the Internet powerful in the first place ? Why is Microsoft still a very powerful company ? From where do world leaders derive their power from ? From where does the mass media derives its power.

Power comes from the ability to touch human lives. All the above examples touch millions of lives everyday. The more number of people you reach to and touch, the more powerful you are.

Google has 80% of search market, million of PCs are using Microsoft Windows, decisions and actions from world leaders affect millions, and millions spend a lot of time in front of the stupid box.

Its not the money, that matters when it comes to power. Money can help but it doesn’t end there. There are companies who make more profit than Google and Microsoft. But they are not known to the external world and their products don’t touch our daily lives.

If power is what you seek, then try to reach as many people are possible. Try to connect with them and communicate with them. The more you reach and connect to the more powerful you are. No wonder all world leaders are good public speakers.
