Maybe some idiot forgot to change his wifi from open to protected. I can say only this: those idiots deserve the overuse charges and some unwanted publicity from police cases (made the news sometime back).

I don’t want to sound pessimistic – but that’s an advertisement. If the said facility has WiFi, then its progress. Otherwise, its a normal advertisement
