Hi, I am Kenney Jacob, love blogging about Education, Media hypocrisy and Social Issues.

Last week the court took and unexpected turn on the notorious and 15+ years old Sister Abhaya murder case. The case got a lot of media attention from the day 1 itself.

There is ample reason to believe that many powerful people are involved in the case, pulling strings from inside the local police to the prime ministers office.

But the ghost of Abhaya is not going to let the culprits let the culprits escape that easily. When ever someone tries to manipulate the case, it comes back stronger than ever.

But still its a case of justice denied for a father who lost his only daughter and a shame to the Christian leadership whose (involvement/non involvement) in the case has led to many conspiracy theories.

Now in the latest move by the court, it has asked Jomon Puthanpurackal, who has been the life blood of the case to stay away form the case. Court also ordered an enquiry in to his activities, his contacts, his sources of money and information.

And this is what I have got to tell the court. First things first. Solve the case, find the culprit and give him proper punishment. Then find everyone who tried to manipulate the case and maybe we can consider Jomons name also there.

    3. Byt Kenny, its not the court’s job to investigate and find the culprit. Well, taking the bull by the horn, Indian judiciary’s hands are tied, so is its eyes and ears. The loopholes are so massive that even an elephant could walk through it undetected.

    4. This might be a magic of some heavy weights whose supremacy cannot be questioned even by the court.. As everybody knows many such gentlemen are involved in this particular case.
