Earlier people used to say the best brains come from kerala and that in a majority of institutions, the malayalees occupy the high posts. I guess the govt wants to bring equality there too. Since other states might not be able to reach us in the level of education, we are trying to go low to reach theirs..</description>

		<description>Everywhere the Governments are trying to enhance the quality of education, and here we see one that tries to bring it down. Not only does Kerala Government degrade   the state owned education system, it also tries to curb Private owned schools. What a pity..</description>

one of my friend studying in BITS told me that in BITS, if the WHOLE class fails in an exam, they are made to pass by RELATIVE GRADING.</description>
