		<description>We cant do away with a teacher at any stage IMO, especially at primary level. 

I&#039;ve been a teacher in the early stages of my career, and the most important role of a teacher is not to teach, but to teach how to learn...Sadly, this aspect is missing in our system and only a few gifted people are able to convert the idea into practice.

May be Graduation levels we may not need classrooms and teachers, but at lower levels we definitely cant do away with a teacher. There are more to learning than text books, and an experienced person who knows the way to mould young minds becomes inevitable...</description>
