Are we machines to create products. Are we supposed to think that creating more will reduce the number the abortions(if that is a mistake). This is a very political dogma successfully aiming to create a market, Or else, what is the point in advertising of giving birth and providing consolation prizes(awards) for the ‘highly capable parents’ whose eligibility is a constraint of 3 kids and more. Is life has become too valueless, just to get benefits out of it. Are they blind, too see the poverty stricken people, (based on the fact that 25% of this country are below the poverty line) even many dalit catholics, whose sheer necessity is to survive than using the benefits for their 3rd and 4th child.
The advantage of having more children was relevant. In the stone ages!
That was when there was a high chance of your children dying before reaching adulthood. The more children also helped the family by adding more manpower, whether it is bigger hunting parties or a bigger farming team.
In this 21st century, quality matters, not quantity. I am not against anybody having a lot of children, that is their personal choice. But it is a whole different thing when The Church is promoting it. Trust me, I’m a Christian too and if I want to think narrow-minded just to promote the interests of my own community, I’d rather have everyone have less children, ideally two or maximum three. And give them high quality upbringing and high quality education. That will be more beneficial to the community and to the families that having tons of children.
Its sad to see that the Christian leadership is trying to compete with the muslims.
As I know the Bible, Christ asked to spread his word, not to give birth and multiply.
Its a fact that Malappuram got a couple of MLAs, if thats the problem they are trying to address, why not come up with something else.. rather than following their stupidity
This is one straight threat to parentship and further to parent-children relationship ‘I sware’.
Its not the more in number, its the way they are going to implement. Parents are to live for their children, not to watch others giving their kids life and shelter.
Preists!!!!.. what are they doing?
The implementation will lead to massive disrespects and further to a dead end. (Only if parents are willing to accept missionary’s offer).
Its nearing time to end many things, which is the key stone to every last word.
All the minor communities try to increase the strength. After the Muslims, the policy is adopted by christians too. Without members, these roopatha, edavaka, methrans and all priests cannot make their live. All the high end priests live in prosperity with the members’ money.
The above is a news clip about a new project initiated by the Catholic church. The project aims to motivate Christians to have more children.
The plan includes concession for familes with more than 3 children and free education from the 4th kid onwards.
It also includes a concession on fees for reversing the birth control surgery.
I wonder what His Holiness Pope has to say on this matter, as it was Pope who in his annual christmas address mentioned that the world is facing multiple problems, where he mentioned abt the growing population for which he mentioned to control all it. Suprisingly, how Catholic church can move ahead against its own head

Just an informal news :
I have heard that there are grace marks for children, with 3 and 4 children in the family during admission procedures.
