Ever since I wrote a post about the new privacy features in orkut, Ive been getting many requests to write about how to do it. Many were asking how to protect their photos and videos. Personally I dont agree to locking up photos and videos and the procedure seemed too obvious. Now if anyone is still not able to figure it out here is the procedure.
Login to orkut and goto Settings and then click the Privacy tab. Now at the bottom you will see some thing like this.
Now I dont think I need to explain more.

but u know, its totally useless.I locked my scrap by changing settings. but one of my friend who is removed from my friend list, he had some trick to open the scrap. And he is challanging me now.
Do you know how to do this and any possibility to block this

I want to block access to my orkut profile i.e i dont want anyone to be able to see my scraps and also my friend list. This way i ensure that my female friends privacy is not hindered by friends of friends just like u can choose in facebook. Is it possible??

Though I tried, lockin my photos(by selecting Only my friends), once after I select
“only myfriends” after saving, it again jumps to “everyone”.
