Going to buy a Hard Drive or a digital camera? Wait

Prices will be dropping soon Hard Drives, Digital Cameras and LCD Screens. On the hard drives the 80GB hard drives will be replaced by 160GB (around Rs. 2400). Watch out for the drop in digital cameras – they are substantial. 6MP cameras should be around Rs. 5000. Again on the LCD’s 17″ screen’s will be replaced by 19″ wide screen (Rs. 9000). Laser Printers have also become very cheep lately. You should be able to get an entry level Laser Printer for around Rs. 4000.

The way prices are dropping on computer hardware – the Gov should consider feeding people computers instead of food grains…
