Voice messages are more easier to comprehend.
Voice SMS needs no training, its almost like press and go.
Hi, it’s interesting how Voice SMS is used differently. We have a service that we call Voice SMS that allows you to type a message and have it converted to Voice, you use it as Voice message that’s broadcast out and I’ve also seen it as a service where you speak and it’s converted to Voice!
I guess as these services mature and are more widely used so naming conventions will standardise
