Language as a communication Tool – to relate to one another
Language as Literature – for the development of the language

Most of the time we confuse these two thing’s and curse the language.
we are more comfortable with language as a communication tool – as that is what we use it for. but scholars care about the literature – the double meanings; the triple meanings …..
