		<description>The mobile manufactures have forgot about implementing full support for Cell Broadcast Reception. E.g. Nokia phones support only first 17 characters of each page. New Android phones do not support Cell Broadcast Reception feature at all.
However, Sony Ericsson phones support fully :). Do not know about others.</description>

but for Siemens I have some problem , In siemens vendor used prorietary protocol so we need to this procol but in nokia used 03.49 protocol standard .
How i can find propritary protocol for Siemens .
